Instructions:

1. Pick all of your five lunches for the following week. 

2. One item per day. Monday through Friday. 

3. Deadline to submit orders are Wednesday from the week prior. For example, placing an order by the first Wednesday of the Month will ensure catering of those meals for the following week. 

4. Mizuho will be covering the cost of each base meal. You will only cover an additional cost if you would like an add-on with your meal (ie. avocado, extra chicken, etc.)
